Notes: A full-bodied, dry red wine made from a blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes from Napa Valley. This wine was made at our Winery in Utica, using native wild yeast, old oak barrels, and allowing a spontanious malolactic fermentation. This is wine made the old way and it is truely a treasure.

Notes: Fresh cherries on the nose, followed by a wonderful tannin structure with just enough acidity to permit laying this one down for several years. We suggest that you decant this for one hour prior to enjoying.
