Notes: A full-bodied, dry red wine made from a blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes from our 5 acres in Napa Valley. This wine was made at our Winery in Utica, using native wild yeast, old oak barrels, and allowing a spontanious malolactic fermentation. This is wine made the old way and it is truely a treasure.
